    Position Overview

    The IMSC NA Consolidations Lead Financial Analyst will own the consolidation and reporting of the North America Supply Chain P&L, with a focus on COGS (Cost of Goods Sold). This role will own the consolidation and presentation to senior leadership of the latest thinking, quarter close and forecast reporting for NA COGS. This individual will need to partner with IMSC NA PIC (Principal Inventory Costing), NA SC sites, Commercial FP&A, and auditors (internal and external) to ensure reporting is timely, accurate and compliant. This role will champion the IMSC NA close and planning calendar and support various business partners to educate them on deadlines and reporting tools. This lead analyst will also support NA SC impacted SigniFi, Transcend and Transact initiatives.

    Responsibilities:

    • Close, latest thinking and forecast deliverables, including consolidation of NA SC P&L, tie out of COGS and commentary collection.

    • Owner of senior leadership reviews and submissions.

    • Owner of NA SOX & PWC reviews and testing.

    • Champion of NA SC close and planning calendar.

    • Journal Entries and Balance Sheet reconciliations.

    • Develop trusted business partner relationships across IMSC and IM Commercial.

    • Support SigniFi, Transcend and Transact initiatives.

    • Ad-hoc Requests

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, preferably in Accounting, Finance or related field.

    • A minimum of four years of finance, accounting or related business experience is required.

    • Prior experience in the Pharmaceutical sector or Supply Chain finance/accounting is preferred given the specialized nature of this role.

    Experience & Skills:

    • Knowledge in accounting, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and US GAAP financial procedures, required.

    • Demonstrated expertise in SAP, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI, Alteryx, strongly preferred.

    • Individual must work well in a dynamic environment and be able to recommend and implement process improvements, work independently, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously, while making influential decisions, required.

    • Proven history of collaboratively working with colleagues across functional areas to deliver results, required.

    • This position requires a highly motivated individual with strong analytical skills, intellectual curiosity, and proven leadership skills.

    • Candidate must possess excellent analytical, conceptual, presentation, communication, influencing and interpersonal skills, required.

    The anticipated base pay range for this position is:

    $91,000-$147,200

    Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

    The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis. Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance. Employees may be eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)). This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.
