    IT Project Manager ****

    We are searching for an IT Project Manager who wants to be part of an organization that makes a difference in the lives of others.

    In this key role, the IT Project Manager will plan, coordinate, and deliver technology projects that advance Riverside's mission and operational goals. This position oversees projects from initiation through completion, ensuring outcomes are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business requirements.

    The IT Project Manager partners with internal stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams to manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and communications throughout the lifecycle of each initiative.

    The IT Project Manager will:

    • lead IT projects from concept through implementation, including requirements gathering, budgeting, testing, training, and deployment.
    • ensure projects align with Riverside’s strategic objectives and technology architecture.
    • provide training and mentorship to strengthen project management capabilities across the IT team.
    • manage software and hardware implementations, including cloud-based platforms and system integrations.
    • contribute to the development and maintenance of project management tools, templates, and best practices that promote consistency and efficiency.
    • develop and promote IT policies, procedures, and best practices to support effective project execution.
    • implement thoughtful change management and communication strategies for technology initiatives.
    • facilitate project status meetings and working sessions with key stakeholders to ensure milestones and deliverables are met on schedule.
    • regularly report project status, risks, and recommendations

    Schedule: Full-Time 40 hours per week; hybrid schedule with a minimum of three on-site days per week

    Starting Salary: $105,000/year

    Required Skills

    • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office 365 Suite including but not limited to Excel and PowerPoint
    • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex information, technological information, and effectively communicate the relevance of that information to employee groups, management, and outside organizations
    • Demonstrated ability to develop executive-level presentations, communicate effectively with senior leadership, and influence successful delivery of initiatives
    • Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints when required
    • Valid driver’s license and regular access to a reliable vehicle required for travel to program sites

    Required Experience

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Finance, or Business is preferred; High School Diploma or equivalent is required
    • Minimum of 5 years related (Information Technology) experience and/or training
    • Project Management certification preferred
    • Experience as both a technical implementer and manager highly preferred
