The Salesforce Analyst ensures the accuracy, usability, and data integrity of the Idaho Youth Ranch Salesforce database. In this role, you will provide support to the organization through the customization and configuration of the Salesforce platform, testing new functionality, listening to user feedback, troubleshooting bugs and offering solutions. You can proudly tell your family and friends that you help nurture hope, healing, and resilience in Idaho’s youth by serving as the primary system administrator of our Salesforce database. Must Haves: o Strong ability to communicate to business leaders and collaborate on their technology opportunities o 3+ years in Salesforce.com administration o Strong time management and project management skills o Ability to handle urgent requests and system emergencies o A service-oriented, can-do attitude, team-player mindset! Our Salesforce Analysts: o Manage daily operations of our Salesforce.com deployment (user configurations, profiles, role hierarchy, groups, data storage, sharing, security controls, etc.) o Improve usability by creating custom reports and dashboards o Perform data audits to verify data integrity (data validation and augmentation, merging duplicate records, etc.) o Provide guidance and mentoring to users and other business ops team members regarding all things Salesforce As a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit, the Idaho Youth Ranch is a qualifying employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PLSF) program.
