As Bilingual Therapist, you can proudly tell your family and friends that you help nurture hope, healing, and resilience in Idaho’s youth by providing bilingual clinical services and individual, family and group counseling to clients of the Idaho Youth Ranch. Also, you will be forging partnerships with community agencies that cater to serving the Hispanic youth population in Treasure Valley. But most importantly, you will be enhancing our clinical services by serving a youth population that needs your bilingual skills and cultural strengths. Must Haves: o Master’s degree in a human services field: social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy o Licensed as LMSW, LCSW, LMAFT, LMFT, LPC, LCPC, or PhD o Bilingual in English and Spanish o Familiar with other services and resources within the Hispanic community and work closely with them to provide information and support when required outside of the clinic Our Bilingual Therapists: o Provide individual, group, and family counseling sessions o Utilize therapeutic techniques that are trauma oriented, evidence-based, and age appropriate o Prepare psychotherapy documents encompassing all patient care and ensures mental health forms are complete and accurate o Provide assessments that are consistent with the age group and population involved, demonstrates full understanding, and identifies mental health issues Salary range: 47,244 min - 69,950 max As a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit, the Idaho Youth Ranch is a qualifying employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PLSF) program.
