  • Responsibilities

    As the Clinical Program Manager you will be responsible for the treatment services in our agency’s state-wide programs and the overall operations of an out-patient program in the Boise area. You’ll provide direct supervision to assigned employees (e.g., Therapists) and ensure all employees adhere to agency policies and procedures. Your ultimate goal is to help the children achieve the outcomes as established for the program. Responsibilities • Directs the work of Therapists and case managers to maintain program operations that are consistent with the model(s) and standards chosen to reflect agency mission and values • Ensures that all activities of programs and services achieve the outcomes established • Coordinates with the Intake and Referral Coordinator on the assignment of cases and assists Therapists and Reintegration Specialists in managing caseloads • Monitors compliance with state, agency and professional regulations for service timelines, assessments and reports • Develops and monitors Professional Development Plans and evaluations • Manages and oversees bachelor’s and master’s level internship placements • Coordinates with other department programs to ensure clinical and reintegration services are effectively delivered • Carries out duties and tasks in accordance with the program’s standards and procedures (SAPs). • Manages and oversees budget for the program. Regularly updates staff on status of budget. Works with Administrator to ensure forecasts and budgets are adjusted as needed. • Ensures the facility and equipment are maintained to high standards Must Haves • Master’s degree in human services field required • License according to degree required • Clinical license and registration to clinically supervise staff preferred • 3 years demonstrated administrative supervisory experience required • 1 year experience developing and managing budgets preferred • Must hold current certifications in first aid, cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and nonviolent crisis intervention, or complete the requirements for certification within 90 days of hire • Must have a valid, Idaho-issued driver’s license or obtain one within 15 days of hire, as a condition of continued employment Physical Requirements • Normally works during typical business hours, but will be required to respond to the clinical needs of clients, staff and programs • May occasionally work or spend time at work during other shifts to observe program operations or to respond to group or individual crisis situations • May be required to attend organizational meetings or training sessions that require overnight travel and that may last for several days • May be required to participate in quality assurance activities such as site visits, client interviews and auditing program and client records • Duties require work on evenings or weekends • Required to be available on call 24/7 Skills/Talents You’re a leader, who likes to lead by example Satisfaction is your game, as you encourage others to always work at their best.
