Job Description
We are looking for a Call Center Agent that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential patients. This is a semi-startup/consolidation and agents will have a chance to assist in creating the Call Center. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively scheduling patients and solving patient issues and inquiries, keeping patient satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior. Excellent customer service and communication skills are key to success in this role.
