Plans, implements and supervises daily center operations to ensurecompliance to company and regulatory agencies' established guidelines. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Supervises all staff within the medical center. * Supervises training and performance of center staff. * Ensures smooth patient flow is maintained throughout all areas of the center. * Ensures center's policies and procedures are followed as per established guidelines. * Addresses patients' requests and concerns that may arise. * Supervises referral process,MRAprocess, dispensary process, and other processes on a daily basis. * Ensures patients' records are reviewed prior to visits, in order to request missing consultation or ancillary reports necessary for time of appointment. * Follows HEDIS guidelines, making sure patients are scheduled for yearly studies in accordance with medicalcondition. * Ensures daily cash collection as applicable. * Completes required monthly departmental reports and submits to leadership team as requested. * Reviews financial package submitted by the Finance Department on a monthly basis, to ensure adherence to budgeted goals. * Participates in the planning and development of activities within the Center. * Maintains control of office and medical supplies as per established guidelines. * Oversees maintenance and repair of medical and office equipment * Participates and ensures resolution of issues raised by center staff. * Conducts employee annual performance evaluations as applicable. * Ensures Centers compliance to company and regulatory agencies established guidelines. * Performs duties of absent employees when situation so demands. * Attends regularly scheduled meetings as required. * Performs other related duties as assigned. * Job Requirements * Bachelors degree strongly preferred * Minimum two years experience in management of health care administration or related field. * Can demonstrate a thorough understanding of the healthcare system to include finance, insurance, HEDIS measures, AHCA requirements, organizational policy and risk management. * Can demonstrate working knowledge of the business end of healthcare administration, and apply knowledge in managing the various areas of operation relative to organizational performance. * Can demonstrate ability to listen, write and effectively present information to upper management. * Can demonstrate class, character, and recognizes the personal needs and priorities of staff in finding creative approaches for fostering teamwork. * Can demonstrate ability to encourage employees and other individuals to align their priorities with the organization's aspirations. * Can demonstrate. ability to understand the organizational climate and use strategies for goal orientation and facilitating necessary change. * Can demonstrate professionalism as it relates to modeling an accountable and ethical demeanor within the workforce. * Can demonstrate ability to encourage lifelong learning, by procuring knowledge and information of a rapidly changing field in promoting professional development among team members.
