    Caring Senior Service is urgently hiring experienced caregivers for short 2-hour and split shifts in the Kansas City metro area, with a strong focus on candidates living in Kansas communities such as Overland Park, Olathe, Mission, Shawnee, Lenexa, and Prairie Village.

    Pay & Schedule

    • $16.00–$21.00 per hour (based on experience)
    • Short 2-hour shifts and split shifts (example: 4 hours/day)

    Job Duties

    • Provide companionship and emotional support
    • Assist with personal care and daily routines
    • Perform brief changes and perineal care
    • Provide bed baths
    • Reposition clients and assist with mobility
    • Support clients with limited mobility or who are bed-bound
    • Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation

    Important Experience Required

    We are specifically seeking caregivers who are experienced and comfortable with:

    • Bed-bound clients
    • Limited mobility care
    • Lifting and repositioning full (dead) weight when necessary
    • Hands-on personal care, including hygiene support

    Requirements

    • At least 1 year of caregiving experience or CNA preferred
    • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance
    • Ability to pass a background check
    • Willingness to work short shifts and commute within service area
    • Dependable, compassionate, and open to being on call
