Our goal is to match you with a client and schedule that allows you to develop and nurture a professional relationship with one client that allows you to provide that ongoing continuity of care.

    We are currently hiring caregivers who present a professional appearance, have a passion for providing high quality care and supervision for clients and who are reliable and dependable. If you are flexible and understand the process involved in creating a great match for you and a client this may be a position for you. At Care to Stay we work hard to get you hours until we can find that perfect match. Having availability and picking up shifts with other clients while waiting to be matched increases your chances of been assigned a permanent client.

    Responsibilities include: Some of the things you must be comfortable doing as a caregiver include:

    Providing essential care and support

    Bathing, grooming, toileting and hygiene assistance

    Meal preparation and cooking

    Stand by and hands on assistance

    Light housekeeping duties

    Medication reminders

    Bedbound care for more critical clients

    Requirements:

    Minimum of two years of caregiving experience, preferably with senior clients

    Must be able to meet the physical demands of the role, which include being able to lift up to 40 pounds, help clients of various heights and weights transfer from chairs to beds etc, repositioning bed bound clients, and helping on standby by assistance as needed... The role requires physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks that involve client care and mobility requirements.

    WA Home Care Aide or NAC certification (We offer the 75 hour HCA training to our employees at no cost while you work)

    Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

    Commitment to show up to work to provide critical and consistent care to your client

    Ability to pass criminal background and driving record checks with no felonies.
