Position Overview

As a Caregiver, you will provide hands-on support and daily living assistance that directly enhances client dignity, independence, and quality of life. We prioritize long-term client matching to ensure consistency, stability, and meaningful relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with bathing, grooming, hygiene, and mobility

Meal preparation and light housekeeping

Medication reminders and stand-by or hands-on assistance

Bedbound care for higher-acuity clients

Errands and tasks that improve the living environment

Experience

Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience (senior care preferred)

Home Care Aide required, NAC encouraged to apply, (Home Care Aide training and certification is available to employees)

Ability to meet physical demands, including lifting up to 40 lbs, transfers, repositioning, and mobility support

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Strong attendance and reliability—clients depend on you

Ability to pass criminal background and driving record checks (no felonies)
