Student Employee - Admissions Data Intern - Job Location Fort Wayne Campus - Fort Wayne, IN Position Type Student General Summary An Indiana Tech Admissions Data Intern is responsible for assisting the processing area in all admissions data and processes. Data Interns should have the ability to present and communicate a positive image of Indiana Tech and of themselves both to the public and with co-workers. A Data Interns primary duties are to enter documents into Jenzabar and Perceptive Content, to complete mailings, and data integrity. The Admissions Data Intern must be detail oriented and accurate. This person must have a flexible schedule and be willing to work approximately 20 hours per week at a minimum of a 2-3 hour block per day. Principal Duties & Responsibilities - Data Entry - Inquiries - Applications - Transcripts - ACT/SAT test scores - Imaging Software - Scanning, capturing and indexing documents into paperless file system - Mailings - Weekly communication plan - Transcript requests - Data Integrity - Correcting files from data integrity reports - May need to assist with Saturday Admissions Events Qualifications - Current Traditional Undergraduate Student - Customer service oriented - Organized, accurate, and efficient
