Do you have the ability to think critically, analyze and decompose sophisticated systems? Can you identify risks and drive improvements to enhance security processes and controls? In this role you will be a be a member of an outstanding Information Security & Risk Management team that is responsible for the security of Big Data platforms and Supply Chain and Regulatory Applications. You will work with multiple business partners to assess security and collaborate on mitigating risk and enhancing the overall security posture of the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Work with business partners to perform security assessments, identifying security gaps and partner with customers to develop appropriate remediation plans.
• Ensure the implementation of new technologies is completed in such a way to protect J&J and its partners.
• Develop and maintain security standards for enterprise applications and platforms.
• Develop and maintain critical security metrics and dashboards
• Work with business technology teams to identify and remediate vulnerabilities.

• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Must excel in an environment that allows you to challenge yourself and come up with creative solutions to complex problems.
• Exhibit intellectual curiosity to assess new technologies and understand the security implications.
• Must be comfortable leading large projects with multiple opposing priorities.
• Must have strong interpersonal skills that enable you to network and influence at all levels of the organization!
• The ability to think critically, analyze and decompose complex systems/processes/controls to identify risk and drive improvements to enhance security for processes, controls or systems.
• A knack for identifying inefficiencies and the ability to improve processes and security controls.
• Enjoy working in a collaborative team environment!
• Experience with ERP or ERP Planning applications, SAP S/4HANA, AI/ML, Data Warehouse and Data Lake or In-Memory Computing technologies preferred.
• This position is located in Raritan, NJ and may require up to 5% travel.
