Creates and generates statistical summary reports from internal and vendor databases based on monthly and quarterly schedules. Distributes reports to management team and other relevant parties to ensure compliance with ADA, Title VI of 1964 Civil Rights Act, JC and VDH requirements. Maintains data integrity at all times and ensures that analyses and reports generated from the database are complete and accurate, in accordance with established expectations, guidelines, policies, and procedures Trains staff within Language Services department and other units as needed on the interpreter services system ExperienceRequirementsExperience in an office environment using a computer for data entry, tabulation and report generation and analysis.5 years relevant office experiencePreferred: 5+ years relevant office experienceEducation: College coursework or experience/training in data entry and report generation2 years of college with coursework in computer and research methods or equivalent experience.Preferred: 2 years college coursework in computer and research methods.Special Skills:Ability to learn new software quickly and existing experience with various software.Comfort using MS Office suiteDatabase structure/design, PowerPoint, Access, Excel, or equivalent software.
