    Business Development Specialist

    Our CX practice has grown significantly after a successful transformation from an on-premise based practice to a cloud based CX practice. We are looking for a dynamic salesperson in North America to join our practice and help take it to the next level.

    Overview of Requirements

    The Inspirage Business Development Representative for the Customer Experience practice leads the development and sales of consulting and solution implementation services for Cx. The position is responsible for defining, positioning, and closing consulting opportunities for the Oracle CX suite of products for a diverse set of our clients from several verticals. These verticals include High Tech, Industrial Mfg., CPG, Oil & Gas and Healthcare.

    The individual leads the relationship lifecycle, from developing our client relationships, providing detailed consulting proposals, delivering a clearly defined statement of work, and successfully closing services transactions. Senior account management relationship skills are required.

    Successful candidates understand the Oracle Cx applications and have been part of the Oracle Cx ecosystem.

    Key Requirements and Responsibilities:

    Sales / Demand Generation

    • Manage designated territory and accounts to achieve quota. Duties include collaborating closely with Oracle Sales Representatives and Inspirage pre-sales resources.
    • Proactively plan, own and execute business strategy in both customer accounts and Cx outreach.

    Customer Account Development

    • Build trusted advisor relationships at executive/decision-maker levels within target accounts.
    • Develop deep understanding of customers' infrastructures, IT landscapes and business processes.

    Relationship Management

    • Manage ongoing communications with customers on project quality and status.
    • Address project-related or customer-related concerns, as needed.

    High Level Solution Design

    • Identify alternative approaches to achieving customer business goals, assess and rank alternatives.
    • Apply pro-active problem solving in solution design to address customer requirements.

    Administration

    • Manage monthly forecast to achieve quota.
    • Communicate with internal operations in support of business development activities.

    Required Solution and Platform Software Skills:

    • This position requires extensive background in CRM applications and thorough understanding of business processes related to customer engagement, service management, service execution. Working knowledge of Sales Cloud applications and latest trends such as social interaction capabilities within service suite of applications are required

    Consulting and Implementation experience with Oracle Cx applications

    • Awareness of IT market and industry drivers for Cx applications.
    • Sales or pre-sales experience and strong demonstrated sales acumen.
    • Track record of demonstrating and/or delivering high impact solutions and developing trusted advisor relationships with customers.

    Professional Qualifications and Competencies:

    • Bachelor's Degree or higher.
    • Business leadership and/or consulting experience in supply chain management.
    • Intellectual Curiosity – A demonstrated interest in personal and professional lifelong learning and development.
    • Commercial Orientation – Ability to identify market opportunities and the effective implementation of strategies for improved financial performance for the short and long-term.
