    BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION:

    At Inspirage, Organization Change Management is delivered by the Digital Transformation team. The Digital Transformation team comprises a mix of former industry and Oracle practitioners with significant experience in driving large digital transformations.

    Due to our expansion plans, we are looking to hire an experienced Business Transformation Leader who will work together with the Inspirage Application Consulting team and Client Business Stakeholders to ensure a successful digital transformation for our clients.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Your goal as a Business Transformation Leader is to ensure our client's workforce is ready to adopt and leverage new tools through active stakeholder management, communication, and training.

    As an experienced change management practitioner, you should be able to:

    • Ø Demonstrate leadership in transforming client business processes by leveraging digital and cloud technologies while navigating change management issues to implement cutting edge solutions
    • Ø Develop Change Management Strategies, including
    • conducting stakeholder interviews and developing Organization Readiness Assessments
    • performing Stakeholder analysis to develop Stakeholder engagement strategies and plans
    • conducting change impact assessments to help qualify the level of expected change from a people, process, and technology perspective
    • devising compelling communication strategies and effective communication plans
    • assessing client training needs and developing training strategies and curriculums

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Proven track record in leading business transformations in a consultancy or business management capacity
    • Extensive experience in business process management, supply chain management and digital/cloud transformations across multiple industries
    • Experience in two or more of the following process domain areas:  Product Lifecycle Management, Order Fulfilment, Supply Chain Planning, Inventory Management, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, Finance
    • Extensive “business use” of, or experience implementing, Oracle Cloud Supply Chain / ERP applications (or other Supply Chain / ERP systems)
    • Proven leadership skills with proficiency in driving change and acting as a change agent. Change Management certification(s) such as PROSCI  / ADKAR are preferred
    • Strong stakeholder management skills
    • Demonstrated effective communicator, with excellent presentation skills, including use of presentation tools
    • Strong project management skills. Project or program management certification(s) such as PMP or PRINCE2 Agile methodologies certification is advantageous
    • Team-management skills, and Client management skills;
    • Experience and comfortable in working in a dynamic fast-paced environment. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, with excellent time management skills.
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain or equivalent. Supply Chain certifications are advantageous.

    Ø Lead Change Management execution activities including

    execution of Stakeholder engagement plans: interacting with stakeholders or stakeholder groups, measuring user adoption levels, gaining feedback on user adoption levels and developing plans to address user adoption issues

    maintaining Change impact assessments: performing periodic reviews with impacted stakeholder groups and ensuring mitigation plans are in place to address risk areas.

    developing of communication materials in multiple formats and channels as required: including status reports, newsletters, videos, Learning Series, bulletins, SharePoint, Posters, social media

    leading the Development of End User Training materials in multiple formats as required: including eLearning, Instructor-Led Training, Training Videos, Digital Training assistants, Oracle Guided Learning
