Brief Job Description :

This highly motivated and qualified individual will help lead, develop and grow a successful consulting team focused on the digital transformation of supply chain planning and manufacturing business disciplines. This role will actively work on customer engagements providing business process expertise, change management, Cloud systems know-how and project management to successfully deliver supply chain projects. They will lead cross-functional teams and implementation of cloud-based value chain solutions to deliver maximum value to our customers. This includes working closely with client executive leadership and senior management. Additionally, working closely with internal consulting leadership and business development to identify and exploit market opportunities to grow the practice.

Job Requirements:

• Lead value assessments and strategy road mapping engagements for clients
• Develop end to end solution blueprint / architecture for Oracle implementation programs involving Oracle cloud / on-premise business applications (ERP, EPM, SCM, CX) and technologies
• Provide strong functional & technical expertise and support to the Oracle Cloud (SaaS + PaaS) implementation teams in addressing complex SCM business requirements
• Review detail solution design and validate that the holistic solution against design principles and client's business outcomes
• Ensure end-to-end solution integrity, including integrations of Oracle cloud ERP systems and 3rd party software
• Drive evaluation and selection process of emerging software products with ROI and TCO analyses. Recommend tools and obtain buy-in from client senior leadership
• Plan, lead and run solution design workshops to assess client's business, strategic and operational requirements and shape the solution using Oracle technologies
• Define design principles, and assess different solution options in context of client's requirements and provide solution recommendations
• Interact with senior client stakeholders and assist them in taking key solution decisions for Oracle implementation programs
• Define the scope of new implementation programs and / or change requests in existing Oracle implementation programs and develop solution including technical/functional/process scope, cost, resourcing and schedule, and drafting of statement of work
• Advise client team on best practices for Oracle implementation programs and provide direction to project team for best practices in Oracle solution
• Leads process design and implementation aspect of engagements ensuring high quality, integrated business and software solutions within constraints of time and budget
• Demonstrates leadership in transforming client business processes leveraging digital and cloud technologies while navigating change management issues to implement cutting edge solutions
• Successfully delivers the client as a reference for Inspirage's services speak at public forums and refer Inspirage to other prospective clients
• Expected to play Supports pre-sales activities
• Fosters a continuous improvement culture enhancing / developing IP and is an active thought leader

Experience Required:

• Proven track record implementing multi-tier Oracle cloud solutions involving ERP Cloud, EPM Cloud, CX Cloud, OIC (Oracle integration cloud) and other PaaS / IaaS technologies
• Deep product and application knowledge in at least two or more of the Oracle SaaS Cloud - preferably ERP Cloud with hands-on experience in 4 or more modules in Finance/SCM/Cx
• Knowledge of integration mechanisms with Oracle SaaS cloud and hands on experience in complex integrations using OIC and / or other integration platforms
• Understanding of non-functional requirements – security, performance and disaster recovery for Oracle SaaS / PaaS
• Strong networking skills (internal and external relationship management)
• Strong commitment to professional and client service excellence
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills – high level of motivation, work-ethics and self-starting attitude
• Demonstrated effective communication and presentation skills, team-management skills, and client management skills; use of presentation tools
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Sciences, Business, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain or equivalent.
