This will be achieved through the development of recruiting plans, sourcing strategies, marketing, and resources. The Internship Placement Coordinator will assist with the administration of the day-to-day operations of the recruiting functions and duties. The Internship Placement Coordinator carries out responsibilities in some or all of the following functional areas: The Internship Placement Coordinator has partial responsibility for these areas: * Networks through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, schools, and employees. * Coordinates and implement college-recruiting, job fairs, school fairs, mixers, community events, and association conference initiatives. * Administrates duties and record keeping of the student placement internship, traveler placements, job postings, job requisitions, and community events. The Internship Placement Coordinator contributes to the accomplishment of Internship Placement Coordinator practices and objectives that will provide and employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce. The Internship Placement Coordinator helps with the implementation of services, policies, and programs through Recruiting staff; reports, and assists company managers with student internships, traveler placements, and job requisitions. Minimum Requirements 1. Minimum Education required: HS diploma or G.E.D equivalent required. 2.
