Gain hands-on, real-world experience exploring a career in healthcare by joining the JANSSEN BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SUMMER INTERNSHIP PROGRAM. The internship is a 10-week period during the Summer of 2022 and located in the greater Princeton, NJ or Philadelphia, PA area (depending on team assignment).

Intern will have the following critical experiences:

• Working both internally and externally across key partners and groups will help develop collaboration skills needed in today’s virtual workplace.

• Prioritization and interpersonal skills will be developed while working across projects.

• Use creative problem skillsets, to develop new ideas and insights, including takeaways about yourself as a leader.

QUALIFICATIONS

• You are legally authorized to work in the United States and must not require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future

• A minimum GPA of 3.0 Cumulative is strongly preferred

• Candidate must be actively enrolled pursuing either a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and have completed at least 1 year in an undergraduate program

• Experience / interest in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, business development, marketing, sales, business analytics

• Proven leadership in campus/community activities is desired

• Able to work individually, as well as, part of a group, with curiosity and flexibility

• Possess a “can do” approach, and courage to speak your voice and suggest innovative ideas

• Available to work full-time (40 hours per week) during internship
