    JANSSEN SCIENTIFIC AFFAIRS (JSA) OPERATIONS SUMMER INTERN- VIRTUAL

    Recruiting for undergrad university intern to gain experience in operational support in various process improvement initiatives.  

    JANSSEN SCIENTIFIC AFFAIRS (JSA) MEDICAL INFORMATION CONTACT CENTER (MICC) SUMMER INTERN- VIRTUAL

    Operational support in various contact center process improvement initiatives. This candidate would have an interest in gaining Pharmaceutical industry experience, including project management, experience with IT systems, and designing project plans and training documents for the Janssen Scientific Affairs department.

    • Assist with development of interdisciplinary job aids and training/guidance documents to be leveraged across the JSA organization
    • Identify process improvement and operational efficiencies in an effort to streamline project tracking
    • Improve Excel based project intake forms
    • Work across multiple project owners to reconcile project status and improve documentation
    • Organize central repository for “Operations Tool Kit”
  • Qualifications
    • Undergrad seeking Bachelor’s Degree that has an interest in gaining Pharmaceutical industry experience, including project management, experience with IT systems, and designing project plans and training documents for the Janssen Scientific Affairs department.
    • Highly proficient in MS office suite
    • Strong planning and tracking skills, capable of managing multiple projects, excellent time management with respect to priorities.
    • Can demonstrates leadership skills in a team environment. Strong interpersonal skills for bridging between scientific and business participants, and for effective interactions with all levels of the organization.
    • Exhibits strong analytical skills for integrating and interpreting interdisciplinary project information.
    • Problem-solving skills with experience developing creative solutions to maintain project timelines.

    Please note that most, but not all, Johnson & Johnson roles are currently virtual due to COVID-19. While locations/facilities have been aligned to our Internships and Co-Ops positions, assignments could be virtual due to the uncertainties of COVID-19. Work location is flexible if approved by the Company except that position may not be performed remotely from Colorado.
