We are currently seeking a Japanese-speaking Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or CNA to provide personalized, respectful care to a client in the Abilene area. This is a unique opportunity to deliver culturally aligned care while building a meaningful one-on-one relationship.

Position Details

Part-Time Hours Available
Pay: $14–$16/hour (based on experience)

What You'll Do

As a caregiver, you'll support both daily needs and emotional well-being:

• Assist with personal care, including hygiene, grooming, and dressing
• Support mobility, transfers, and nighttime routines
• Provide companionship and meaningful conversation in Japanese
• Assist with light housekeeping and maintaining a safe home
• Deliver attentive, respectful care tailored to the client's needs

What You Bring

We value caregivers who lead with compassion and professionalism:

• Fluency in Japanese (required)
• Experience as a caregiver, home health aide, or CNA
• Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to serve others
• Strong communication and reliability
• Experience with transfers or stroke care is a plus
• Professionalism, integrity, and attentiveness
