JOHNSON & JOHNSON HEALTH CARE SYSTEMS INC. (JJHCS) provides contracting, supply chain, business services, and strategic solutions to customers and commercial intermediaries of U.S.-based Johnson & Johnson companies, including hospital systems, health plans, distributors, wholesalers, purchasing organizations, government payer programs, and government healthcare institutions in the U.S. JJHCS also engages with customers to provide streamlined supply chain services for our products that seamlessly integrate with customer operations, address shared evolving market challenges to value-based care, and develop innovative solutions that improve patient care and access. The Contract Inquiry Support Team (CIS) provides answers to contract-related inquiries generated by our direct customers and business partners, seeks to improve synchronization of contract price and eligibility, resolves customer price and eligibility discrepancies and supports contracting process improvements. As an Analyst, your primary responsibilities will include operational execution, process improvements, and strategic collaboration with internal business partners such as our operating company franchise partners and other internal Johnson & Johnson Health Care Systems Inc.     • Participate in ad-hoc projects to support base business, reporting needs, process efficiencies, and/or strategy improvements and implementations.
    • Drive and implement improvement processes or policies that will positively impact internal efficiencies and the customer experience.
    • Work in conjunction with team members and stakeholders to identify common root causes and design solutions that increase efficiency and enhance the customer experience.
    • Review, analyze, and streamline metrics and data collection processes to add deeper business perspective to evaluate trending, and report out to management.
    • Design new metrics and reports to support changing business needs, utilizing Excel and Tableau.
    • Demonstrate ability to work independently, prioritize, and effectively meet deadlines with little supervision.
    • Effectively partner and communicate with JJHCS counterparts (Contract Administration, Offer Development, and U.S. Operations and Operating Companies).
    • Utilize multiple systems (ICS, CORE, MDM, and TRIM) to successfully manage workload on a timely basis.

    QUALIFICATIONS Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree required

    • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience required
    • Must be action-oriented and able to work independently, while taking ownership of issues required
    • Customer-centric mindset and the ability to address customer issues in an effective and timely manner required
    • Demonstrated ability to handle stakeholder inquiries/issues, developing and delivering solutions, and interdependent partnering to resolve complex business matters required
    • Strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills to consolidate information & present complex data in simplified terms present to business partners and senior management is required
    • Demonstrated ability to build and support strong, positive relationships with internal and external partners and to influence and collaborate is required
    • Demonstrated partnership or leadership with projects and/or in cross functional teams with conflicting deadlines required
    • Contracting and/or direct customer-facing experience preferred
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational and prioritization skills required
    • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office Suite; Excel VLOOKUPS and pivot tables required
    • Experience in ICS, CORE, MDM, Salesforce.com preferred
    • Advanced experience troubleshooting and/or building reports in Tableau preferred
    • Requires ability to work in Piscataway, NJ and travel up to 10% domestically For U.S. applicants, in accordance with applicable disclosure requirements, the anticipated base pay range for this position is $60,375 to $84,525.
