POSITION DESCRIPTION: The Deliver Compliance Senior Manager position is responsible for executing independent Regulatory Compliance activities related to Consumer Health Deliver functions, including Distribution Centers, 3PLs, Transportation, Temperature Control, and Controlled Substances. This position provides regulatory compliance expertise and independent compliance oversight to ensure quality and regulatory standards are met. This position is responsible for leading and executing corporate audit follow-up activities, as well as developing, executing and/or leading action the following: site inspection readiness, significant inspections, field actions, and health authority actions. This position is instrumental in helping to identify, escalate and mitigate risks, including providing strategic compliance direction in support of Compliance Risk Management programs. QUALIFICATIONS POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or equivalent.
    • At least ten (10) years of Quality or Regulatory Compliance experience in a global regulated healthcare environment, inclusive of experience managing Deliver Quality in a regional or global context.
    • Significant knowledge of the requirements for compliant cosmetic, drug and medical device distribution.
    • Proven success in strategy development and project management, building consensus across broad geographies and business units.
    • Experience with or how regulatory bodies approach inspections and how to respond to regulatory body observations is required.
    • Strong decision-making, influencing, negotiating, networking and relationship-building skills.
    • Strong personal leadership with demonstrated competency collaborating with cross-functional leadership.
    • Experience working in global and multicultural settings.

    PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

    • Experience performing Distribution and/or Manufacturing cGXP audits.
    • Exercises independent judgment and execution in anticipating, interpreting, evaluating, and resolving complex organization situations while appreciating the direct impact on the operational results of the business.
    • Ability to translate complex information for a wide range of cross-functional leaders.
    • Effective experience with handling resistance to change.
    • Ability to drive solutions and to meet goals independently.
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
    • Experience handling multiple, highly complex projects.
    • Ability to review and provide input to quality standard changes to ensure continued compliance with health authority, regulatory body and competent national authority requirements and regulations.
