The Global Sr. Manager - Digital Customer Experience will take a leadership role in collaboratively shaping the digital product strategy and management of the DePuy Synthes foundational web and mobile app assets as well as integrations across the digital ecosystem. One will execute against a global roadmap and enable global repeatable best practices, standards, and centralized capabilities to increase and accelerate digital activation for DePuy Synthes brand and products across regions and local markets. With a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences that address customer unmet needs, this role will focus on driving loyalty and retention amongst professional stakeholders (Surgeons, Fellows/ Residents, and other non-clinical decision makers), to support category growth and enable positive patient outcomes. This role will be responsible for global execution in partnership with priority markets and as a digital subject matter expert he/she will champion a customer first focused approach across ecosystems and owned digital platforms. One in the position will establish global concepts, launch proof of concepts and pilots in market, prioritize enhancements and ensure effective management and KPIs. The role leads and collaborates with cross-functional resources to ensure best-in-class execution. Day-to-day responsibilities include driving digital product strategy, user experience, vendor and agency management, budgeting, and driving innovation in strategy and process. This role reports to the Marketing Director, Global Digital Customer Experience and is expected to collaborate with partners across the global, regional, and local DePuy Synthes, J&J MedTech Global Customer Experience and IT teams.
