The Global Sr. Manager - Digital Customer Experience will take a leadership role in collaboratively shaping the digital product strategy and management of the DePuy Synthes foundational web and mobile app assets as well as integrations across the digital ecosystem. One will execute against a global roadmap and enable global repeatable best practices, standards, and centralized capabilities to increase and accelerate digital activation for DePuy Synthes brand and products across regions and local markets. With a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences that address customer unmet needs, this role will focus on driving loyalty and retention amongst professional stakeholders (Surgeons, Fellows/ Residents, and other non-clinical decision makers), to support category growth and enable positive patient outcomes. This role will be responsible for global execution in partnership with priority markets and as a digital subject matter expert he/she will champion a customer first focused approach across ecosystems and owned digital platforms. One in the position will establish global concepts, launch proof of concepts and pilots in market, prioritize enhancements and ensure effective management and KPIs. The role leads and collaborates with cross-functional resources to ensure best-in-class execution. Day-to-day responsibilities include driving digital product strategy, user experience, vendor and agency management, budgeting, and driving innovation in strategy and process. This role reports to the Marketing Director, Global Digital Customer Experience and is expected to collaborate with partners across the global, regional, and local DePuy Synthes, J&J MedTech Global Customer Experience and IT teams. Responsibilities included:

    • Work closely with IT, agency partners and regional and local markets to implement the strategy for DePuySynthes.com and associated foundational mobile application.
    • Define and prioritize the roadmap and execution of enhancements and development of new customer centric capabilities on website and mobile app assets. Global responsibility for functional areas including site branding, user experience, personalization capabilities retention marketing and site enhancements prioritized to drive business objectives.
    • Establishing global KPIs and measurement framework in coordination with cross functional partners. Develop and track KPIs and benchmarks, take the reins on sharing insights and lessons learned. Utilize data to uncover behavioral insights and ensure platform contributes meaningful and impactful customer value.
    • Partner with cross functional partners in Global Strategic Marketing, Global Education, Commercial Excellence, and others to ensure consistent experience across digital properties within the DePuy Synthes ecosystem, facilitating integrations per strategy and roadmap.
    • Troubleshoot ongoing issues, working collaboratively with cross-functional partners to develop and implement solutions to technical challenges.

    QUALIFICATIONS Education:

    • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required
    • A Master's or Advanced degree is desirable

    Required Skills & Experience:

    • A minimum of 8 years relevant digital, online, and/or B2B Experiences
    • Comprehensive understanding of the digital ecosystem and how e-commerce, web, mobile, social, search and offline channels work together to optimize behavior, acquisition, and sales
    • Experience leading digital product management and development, including program launches for B2B, B2C or other transactional programs, including agile thinking or experience working in an agile delivery environment
    • Proven leadership ability to motivate, influence and engage cross-functional teams across a matrix organization
    • The ability to collaborate successfully and build relationships with internal teams, suppliers, and agencies
    • Advanced analytical skills with knack for interpreting data and making informed projections/assertions
    • Positive, committed attitude and pro-active problem-solving abilities
    • Working knowledge of web technologies and web development lifecycle: Basic HTML skills and CSS knowhow

    Preferred Skills & Experience:

    • Experience leading digital businesses within the healthcare or B2B industry
    • Experience implementing omni-channel digital technology
    • Ability to successfully manage vendor and agency relationships, including budget management
    • Exceptional business communication skills, with demonstrated ability to communicate complex messages to diverse audiences, including senior leadership
    • Have an openness to continually drive productive change with an ability to see the big picture and think ahead to define new approaches and tackle future challenges

    • This role is able to be based on the campuses located in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, Raynham, MA, and/or West Chester, PA and will require up to 10% travel.
