JOB DESCRIPTION The Sr. Finance Manager will be a part of the MedTech TranSCend Finance team supporting the MedTech Project LEGO Initiative, a multi-year global cross-franchise initiative to optimize MedTech's supply chain flow and simplification of its overall operating structure. The role will be responsible for providing financial leadership to the LEGO Project Team on establishing the critical long range strategic and financial plan, as well as individual initiative valuation. This role will partner closely with one of the Deployment Project Team on planning, execution and financial management of the project. He / she will consolidate, frame and deliver the Project financial outlook to the Project Management team. The individual will identify critical factors affecting project finances and evaluates potential options to deliver program spend under budget. He / She will also be the the key liaison to the Global Project Management Office on reporting and managing the project financial expectations. This role will also partner closely with both the LEGO Project Team on planning, identifing and strategizing value creation initiative enabled by the project; including shaping many value creation business cases. This is a critical and high visibility role with significant opportunities to present to management including TranSCend Leadership Team, Finance Leadership Teams and Enterprise Leadership Teams. The role requires a high level of motivation and confidence, and the ability to perform complex analysis under tight deadlines and with limited supervision. This individual must leverage a refined, multi-functional toolset of business expertise, technical knowledge, and digital acumen to effectively interact with a breadth of business stakeholders. The successful candidate must be able to engage and operate with program teams at an execution level, as well as with senior leadership at a strategic level. The leader will need to develop strong business partnerships across multiple functional / fracnhise groups. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Partner with LEGO Project Team and various funcitons on shaping the outome of the project

    • Partner end-to-end with cross functional team to plan, identify and strategize various options

    • Partner with various Finance stakeholders including MD SC Finance, Commerical/Regional Finance, Group Finance and Enterprise SC Finance on managining the impact and outcome of the various investments/projects

    • Track and communicate value creation status, maintain & refresh long-term value case

    • Support value creation portion of the Change and Communication Efforts

    • Partner with program leads to establish integrated project plans / schedules / deliverables

    • Ensure program timeliness and financial health are appropriately managed throughout program lifecycle

    • Develop and deliver program presentations for senior-level MD stakeholders to advise on historical and future program status

    • A minimum of Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or MBA is highly desireable

    • Requires a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in leadership roles within finance , or large transformation programs.

    • Requires strong knowledge of MedTech Supply Chain and/or Commercial Operations

    • Demonstrated hands-on project management/delivery is preferred

    • Strong hands-on analytical, valuatiuon, and business case building experience is required

    • Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills, with proven ability to influence/collaborate to get to desired result is required

    • Strong customer focus (internal & external), including development and management of stakeholders

    • Ability to effectively lead and govern cross-functional decision-making bodies is preferred

    • Knowledge in deploying standardized work processes, tools, and templates is required

    • Experience managing to project timelines and milestones in complex business environments required

    • Skilled at engaging and building relationships with senior business stakeholders required

    • Exceptional business and digital acumen, including ERP expertise preferred

    • Experience working in a complex, multi-ERP / system environment preferred

    • This position may require up to 10% travel.
