DELIVER supports all four sectors of Johnson & Johnson: Medical Devices, Pharmaceutical, Consumer Health and Vision, and DELIVER NA leads projects across a complex network of Distribution centers (DCs) across NA. Key Responsibilities: In this role,the Analyst will: • Sustainably implement & improve business processes and tools considered best in class for Deliver operations and business processes. • Supports Deliver Capabilities (people, process, technology) across the region, prioritizing and collaborating in areas that will enable growth, improve Customer Experience, and drive E2E Supply Chain efficiencies. • Perform Maturity / Capability Gap Assessments in the NA DELIVER Segment to define opportunities, with multi-functional partners and implement improvements. • Support through analysis and subject matter expertise for NA Deliver partners in the areas Performance Management, Metrics, and Distribution Best Practices in Process. • The role will partner across the Deliver organization to contribute to process improvement initiatives; supporting Lean & Faster Forward approaches. • Connect, use and learn from global standard methodologies (ie. GDEx, Deliver Operations, Plan) and adapt to regional capability needs. • Align with and contribute to a roadmap of goals vs. gaps across NA in all functional areas of Operations Excellence, Process and Performance. QUALIFICATIONS Education: • A minimum of a Bachelors degree is required Experience and Skills: Required: • Minimum of 1 year of business experience is required, preferably in Supply Chain. • Experience in data analytics analysis / insights is required. • Demonstration of strong collaboration skills is required. • Demonstrate experience to ensure appropriate effective communication across various organizational levels is required. Preferred: • Business experience primarily in Supply Chain and Logistics functions is preferred • JJOS experience strongly preferred. • Distribution experience preferred. • Experience in Six Sigma and/or Lean methodologies is preferred. • FPX training / certification preferred. • Demonstrates organized, analytical approach to problem solving using proven methodologies preferred. • Ability to work independently and take ownership for results and to challenge the norm • Ability to lead & get things done through influence versus line responsibility • Ability to communicate orally and written clearly and concisely across all levels of the company. • Ability to travel up to 15% domestically At Johnson & Johnson, we're on a mission to change the trajectory of health for humanity. Anticipated Salary Range: $57,500 to $92,575 The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year.
