Sr. Director, Digital Data Science Strategy & Operations (Chief of Staff)
Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for Sr. Director, Digital Data Science Strategy & Operations. This position can be based in any J&J office in the U.S. or Europe and will report to the Supply Chain Enterprise Chief Data Officer. Remote work options in the U.S. may be considered on a case-by-case basis and if approved by the Company. Digital and data science underpin and accelerate everything we do across Johnson & Johnson Supply Chain (JJSC). By modernizing our core, increasing visibility, and investing in scalable and reusable data science platforms and products built on our modern digital stack, we are unlocking new channels for access to care, transparency and resilience for the patients, consumers, and customers we serve. JJSC Digital and Data Science (D&DS) team has been a leader in envisioning, developing, and deploying innovative data science products and platforms creating significant value across JJSC. D&DS capabilities and products include AI/Machine Learning, Optimization, Simulation and Digital Twin, IoT, Natural Language Processing, Image Analytics, and End-to-End Connected Visibility - all built with cutting-edge digital technology on modern platforms. These products and platforms have helped teams across JJSC empower our employees with deep insights and transform the ways we serve our customers. Our capabilities are engineered for scalability, running across the full lifecycle of data - data generation, ingestion, curation, analysis, visualization, data science, and connecting back to underlying applications for closed-loop implementation. This role functions as Chief of Staff and will drive the implementation of all governance processes to manage the portfolio of strategic programs and projects, including prioritization, resource allocation, and measurement against sector Supply Chain goals to ensure the business commitments are achieved. This Leader will implement standard best practices for project management, measurement, and prioritization. Strong knowledge of project, program and portfolio management processes, with an ability to coach and lead others is important. Communication, negotiation and influence skills are critical, as is the ability to work in a complex matrix across J&J and the segment Supply Chain network of internal and external partners.
