JOB DESCRIPTION:
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Global Functions (FP&A), this role is responsible to perform and manage the FP&A processes (Actual Reporting, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Long-range finance plan) for the global functions (i.e., IT, HR, etc.)
Work within a matrix organization to collaborate with other cross-functional teams (i.e. IT, HR, etc.), coordinate with key stakeholders to build long-range plans, Budgets, and Forecasts for the global functions
Manage and track the Global Functional budgets in partnership with the functional leaders, regions, and Planning & Strategy team
Partner with external analytics team to integrate external benchmarking data into the Global Function planning process, keeping Global function expenses at a competitive level
Analyze financial and operational results in partnership with the Business Intelligence & Analytics team to better understand the global function's performance
Provide key decision-making support and evaluate OPEX, and CAPEX for global functions leadership
Drive continuous improvement of existing processes through improved analytics and partnership with the functions/regions
QUALIFICATIONS POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Finance/accounting
A minimum of 3 years of work experience in FP&A and financial analysis
Strong understanding of FP&A, Data Modelling, Forecasting and Budgeting, and ability to provide insight and guidance on FP&A processes
Attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills are essential
The ability to identify, recommend and implement process improvements
Excellent communication, teamwork, interpersonal ,and customer service skills
Understanding of major trends and dynamics in the Consumer Health industry
Demonstrated ability to partner with a diverse group of stakeholders at all levels of the organization, drive action, resolve conflict, and influence decisions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently, manage and prioritize multiple business objectives with the proper sense of urgency, and balance workload is required
PREFERRED COMPETENCIES:
Prior experience in FP&A/ Business Unit Finance is highly preferred.
Prior experience in the Consumer industry is highly preferred.
Hands-on experience in any data visualization or business intelligence tools
Exposure to financial planning & reporting and project management tools
MBA, CMA, CFM and/or CPA
Working knowledge of GAAP accounting
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
