JJI Global Sourcing Activations Manager is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering a global sourcing and activation strategy and plan that delivers on key sourcing and reputation priorities for JJI. This role is responsible for translating inputs and key market evaluations to identify breakthrough innovations through diverse set of external engagements. This role will lead and manage a team dedicated to delivering on that strategic engagement plans designed to find, attract and engage with innovators. This role will be integral to translating business priorities into ecosystem activation plans that yield a combination of reputational benefit and sourcing outputs. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Execute globally focused strategic sourcing activation plans, such as seminars, QuickFire Challenges etc., designed to landscape for opportunities, generate leads and source breakthrough innovations aligned to business priorities.
• Capture the systemic approach to ecosystem engagement in service of business priorities in a playbook that can be leveraged across regions.
• Support QuickFire & Sourcing Activations Sr. Manager on initiatives to drive awareness and applications.
• Support Global & Regional Sourcing Activation Leader in implementation of plans for global sourcing activations.

Education:

• A minimum of a Bachelor of science is required, preferably in marketing or related field.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS: Required:

• A minimum of 4-5 years experience in consulting, marketing or related field is required.

Preferred:

• Strong event marketing skills are preferred.
• Scientific acumen - ability to understand and clearly translate scientific concepts into language understandable for lay populations is strongly preferred.

Other:

• Strong familiarity with variety of digital tools and approaches to drive business results.
• Must be detail orientated and have strong personal leadership skills.
• Must be able to navigate highly matrixed organizations and fast paced work environment.

The base pay range for this position is $93,000 to $139,000. The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.
