    DePuy Synthes, part of the Johnson & Johnson Medical Devices Companies, is recruiting for a Marketing Manager, Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASC). This position will be located remotely within the United States. The Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASC) Marketing Manager is part of DePuy Synthes, the Orthopaedics Company of Johnson & Johnson and will report to a Sr. Marketing Manager to develop and execute business plans to meet ASC business needs and expectations. The ASC Marketing Manager will ensure goals and timelines are met by leading efforts across multiple functions, channels, and business partners and incorporating analytics and insights into the decision-making process. Additional responsibility may include working across multiple Orthopaedics platforms, collaboration with customers and key opinion leaders during internal and field-based customer events. This role will lead development and implementation of comprehensive marketing metrics, execution of marketing strategies and will be called upon to support the field sales organization and ASC customers. ASCs are healthcare facilities that perform surgery without requiring hospital admission and are associated with a lower length of stay. More orthopaedic procedures are moving into the ASC setting as Medicare and other payors are reimbursing in this space. Many analysts predict that 80% of Orthopaedic procedures will be performed in ASCs by 2025, which makes this one of the fastest-growing, most dynamic channels at DePuy Synthes! Responsibilities include working with ASC Field Sales & Innovation Marketing, US Platform Marketing & Global Strategic Marketing, Field Sales Organization, and Cross-functional business partners to deliver accelerated growth in Orthopedics in the ASC space. To be successful, the candidate will:

    • Collaborate with platform marketing teams and develop innovative ways to increase market share in ASCs
    • Lead development and execution of brand plans including staying current on market dynamics to ensure strategic and tactical marketing plans meet business needs
    • Support creative content development and analytics needs for assigned portfolio areas and continue to refine proactively as ASC needs evolve
    • Drive awareness and demand for key ASC platform clinical areas and solutions
    • Work effectively with external agencies and across the internal organization
    • Balance long-term initiatives with short term, quick delivery projects
    • Develop business case and scenarios, portfolio management and prioritization of new opportunities through customer segmentation and financial modeling
    • Perform administrative work, including ensuring account documentation, compliance training requirements, and expense reporting

    The anticipated base pay range for this position is $93,000 to $139,000. The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan . The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/ performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.     • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required
    • An Advanced Degree or Master's Degree is preferred

    Required Skills & Experience:

    • A minimum of 8 years of business experience
    • A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience within the commercial space in marketing, sales, or related function
    • Proven knowledge of marketing proficiencies (brand marketing, customer segmentation, marketing communications)
    • Prior experience leading implementation of both internal and external communication campaigns, conducting communications research, and monitoring the progress of various communications strategies
    • Experience capturing and distilling market data & analytics to provide measurable and meaningful insights
    • Strong oral and written communication skills, partnership, prioritization, project management and organizational influence
    • Excellent interpersonal skills with emphasis on leadership & customer communication, relationship development and influence management

    Preferred Skills & Experience

    • A minimum of 2 years of marketing experience
    • Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) experience
    • Medical device industry experience
    • Prior Joint Reconstruction portfolio management/marketing experience
    • Digital marketing, social media, communications, and paid media experience

    Other:

    • This position will be located remotely within the United States and will require up to 25% travel.
