JOB DESCRIPTION: Johnson & Johnson is currently recruiting a Customer Connectivity & EDI Manager to support the Consumer Health Business reporting to the Deliver Technology & Customer Experience Lead. Management of run support via TSA's and building out the strategy in the growing, complex, and diversified space of Customer Connectivity with a heavy focus on EDI growth in multiple markets
EDI represents 90% of global usage and demand growth for six major Customer Connectivity platforms globally.
Build accounts for more than 50% of demand in this space and will continue to increase across the globe given current market projections.
Will be responsible to help drive the global strategic roadmap for customer connectivity to move from TSA in the shortest time possible and manage all new build demand for these platforms in accordance with the strategic roadmap
Will act as a conduit to the OneS4 program build of customer connectivity needs, logic and processes in the next 2-3 years.
Identify any gaps and approve appropriate solutions.
Partner with Technology Services and other Technology partners (BTLs, Integrators, Technology Product Owners) to deliver all service milestones on time, cost and quality according to agreed milestones and scope.
Escalate issues that cannot be resolved internally and implement aligned solutions.
Partner with other Consumer Health business teams in Supply Chain, Commercial, Finance and R&D on all integration topics. Resolve business and technical challenges and ensure realization of business benefits.
Help shape and grow Technology & Data organization to enable a global intake, build, and sustain process that will drive parallel program releases and on-going operations, projects, and enhancements for OneS4 Program.
Foster an environment of continuous improvement and innovation.
Coordinate, lead, coach, motivate, and inspire the team to both deliver on agreed plans and to continuously improve.
QUALIFICATIONS POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Supply Chain or Information Management.
A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience is required
Ability to translate business requirements into Technical Epics/Stories. Experience working across multiple levels of business and IT stakeholders.
Knowledge of technology trends and to apply this knowledge to existing business processes.
Ability to think creatively about where business initiatives drive technology evolution and to break-down processes and reinvent enabling technology capabilities with partners is required.
Demonstrated strong sense of urgency in completing deliverables, excellent written and oral communication skills, strong negotiating/ influencing skills, self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills are required.
Ability to work effectively in highly matrixed organization and dealing with high levels of ambiguity.
Strong personal commitment to continuous business improvement, and effectively collaborating and managing our business stakeholders.
Capable of working as part of a team and on own initiative. Capable to change priorities quickly and influence others to do so.
Ability to embrace changes and to deliver IT solutions in a fast-changing business/IT environment.
Previous experience in working in a global, cross-functional capacity is required.
Self-starter with collaboration abilities and ability to shape/lead complexity is required.
Experience with Agile methodology and strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle Management model and documentation.
