Our mission in the Global Services (GS) Portfolio & Process Management (PPM) team is to drive transformation and transparency through expert implementation of our governance process, portfolio, and project delivery to create value for Global Services. This leader will drive the FPX (flawless project execution) leadership principles, tools, and best practices across GS and the J&J enterprise. We are seeking an experienced FPX leader that will expand the adoption of and adherence to our FPX project methodology and project delivery for the GS process intelligence improvements in support of the Contact Center 2.0 program. This role will report to the Global Services Portfolio Management & Governance Director. RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • FPX Capability Owner
      • Owner for FPX core capability (operations and content) focused on maturing the model, enhancing the value proposition, brand, and growing the demand for and deployment of FPX across the J&J enterprise
      • Ensure appropriate councils & COPs (Community of Practices) are actively maintained to provide a network of diverse and high-performing FPX SMEs across the enterprise
      • Develop and manage the annual FPX operating budget
      • Partner with GS and Corporate HR regarding training, certification, and coaching approach and targeted audience
      • Partner with GS HR on coaching/development of contractors delivering FPX training
      • Engage with key stakeholders and training delivery team to ensure VOC is considered in FPX content and schedule prioritization
    • Organizational Change Management
      • Develop opportunities and manage the opportunity pipeline to create an optimal workshop delivery schedule
      • Encourage and lead organizational FPX integrations; ensure effective sponsorship, process owners, and subject matter experts are identified, developed and sustained for each organizational deployment
      • Provide enterprise-wide harmonized implementation, evaluation, and support in alignment with J&J's FPX maturity model
      • Contribute to continuous improvements to FPX training and web materials
      • Provide project leadership, consulting, and support for assigned projects and special initiatives
    • Operations
      • Own and maintain the FPX website and internal team SharePoint site
      • Identify and own continuous improvements to FPX training and web materials, often as primary executor, including the development of new content
      • Manage the global workshop calendar in partnership with the GS HR Training to ensure annual target delivery of FPX service value
      • Manage communication and marketing initiatives
      • Represent the FPX team at meetings & events with potential customers, providing overviews, and increase awareness of J&J's FPX value proposition
    • Project Management
      • Process Intelligence Scrum Master for Contact Center 2.0
      • Collaborate with Product and Tech Leads to establish prioritization, planning, and execution process that ensures the delivery of projects in a fast-paced environment
      • Identify and quickly resolve changes in scope, schedules, and resource requirements
      • Identify and communicate risks; work with subject matter experts to develop and implement risk mitigation plan.
      • Prioritize and track issues and create remediation plans for the resolution of impediments in priority order

    REQUIRED:

    • A minimum of a Bachelor's or Equivalent Degree
    • A minimum of 8 years of professional experience
    • FPX trained and certified
    • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Agile Project Management, preferably in a data-intensive organization
    • Experience in running and facilitating effective meetings, including agenda creation
    • Strong communication skills written, oral, and face-to-face
    • Collaborative approach and relationship building skills
    • General management skills and business acumen
    • Resourceful with a high degree of versatility and diversity of capabilities
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: identify root cause and provide practical recommendations to teams and management
    • Knowledge of techniques and tools for project management
    • Strong project management skills, and proven organization, coordination, and action tracking skills
    • Manage multiple demands simultaneously and collaborate in a matrixed, team-oriented environment
    • Build consensus and impact outcomes without having line authority and negotiate trade-offs
    • Efficient use of technology to facilitate outcomes
    • Manage complexity and comfort with ambiguity
    • Excellent customer service mindset
    • Capable in both strategy - ability to think big picture and recognize and evaluate trends - and delivery - ability to think in terms of execution tactics and details
    • Function effectively and multitask when presented with tight deadlines
    • Ability to interact with employees and contractors/consultants at all levels and phases and lead in the context of Our Credo.
    • High proficiency with business support software applications such as MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project, Visio), SharePoint, and Teams
    • May require up to 10% domestic and/or international travel

    PREFERRED:

    • Experience with Portfolio Management and agile lifecycle management tools
    • FPX PL/SME/T2 certified
    • PMI or Six Sigma Certified
