This position reports to the Senior Director Portfolio and Program Management . The position will coordinate and executing delivery of Acquisitions & Divestitures programs for JJT. The anticipated base pay range for this position is $112,000 to $193,775. In this capacity, the Deal Program Manager will lead the overall program, partnering with Regional Program managers and Deal Leads for global delivery including to build strategies and scope, identify and manage cross-functional interdependencies, identify and coordinate the creation of necessary documentation. Partner with external entities to ensure alignment, develop overall program plan, lead all aspects of successful execution, and track program status and provide updates to the Deal Lead, Global PMO, senior leadership and partners. Monitor detailed plans for A&D activities across the JJT organization to ensure smooth transitions. The role will partner and collaborate with enterprise IT groups and other business functions (HR, Finance, Facilities, etc) to identify and address interdependencies between the teams, to ensure workstreams deliver per plan and proactively identify and engage JJT and business partners. Throughout key programs, the incumbent will be responsible for analyzing, planning and handling the program budget and engaging resources. The role requires active engagement and partnership with a variety of organizations within Johnson and Johnson including IT, Commercial, R&D, Supply Chain and Corporate groups to drive successful A&D programs. Strong interdependent partnering skills are required for the Deal Program Manager to collaborate with many partners outside and within J&J. The incumbent will be expected to run multiple strategic A&D programs concurrently and share updates to senior leadership. The program is to be managed with high level of integrity. The candidate will require a deep understanding of J&J structure, strong execution and delivery skills, and a bias toward problem solving and resolution. Major Responsibilities:

    • For assigned A&D program, define the JJT strategy based on the interdependencies and impact on other workstreams. Collect and consolidate all program plans

    • Closely partner with and coach the assigned Project Managers to track and monitor the projects within the program, identify interdependencies, issues/risks and potential mitigations, lessons learned. Assist deal leader with priorities, issues and escalations

    • Provides access to program progress to JJT and business leadership; provides updates to partners as appropriate; be the single source of truth for program status

    • Assist in preparing, reviewing and presenting change requests, funding/resource needs or issues requiring decisions from global or regional governance.

    • Handle program financials including contingency funds for change requests.

    • Lead change management & communications efforts related to the A&D activities with appropriate partners.

    • Assist in the creation and oversight of all Transition Service Agreements (TSAs) and ensure regional considerations are included.

    • Collaborate with the Buyer or Seller to ensure there is alignment to successfully meet the TSA exit dates

    • Develop short-term/long-term IT strategies to improve A&D execution in the region.

    • Use and improve portions of JJT A&D playbook and other tools to deliver deals more holistically. Ensure playbook consistency and use of recommended best practices.     • A minimum of Bachelor's Degree is required.

    • Strong proficiency with project management practices, tools and methodologies including budget management is required.

    • 5 years preferred of relevant experience in leading large complex programs. Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills. Effective collaborator and problem solver.

    • Experience / knowledge of cultures across the globe.

    • IT experience with business acquisitions or divestitures and integration activities.

    • Ability to work under pressure and through timeline. Ability to set-up and facilitate cross-functional meeting to resolve issues in a timely manner.
