Theassistant will prepare the department for patient treatment, i.e. responsiblefor the proper cleaning of equipment and maintaining adequate stock levels intreatment areas. The assistant will also prepare the patient for treatment aswell as, providing assistance to the therapist as needed in patient treatmentprograms. The assistant may also be responsible for administering treatmentprograms under the verbal, visual or manual supervision of the PhysicalTherapist and/or Physical Therapists Assistant. Six months experience in a health care facility preferred. Good communication skills are helpful, good time management skills. High school diploma or GED. New graduates accepted in thisposition.
