Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is currently recruiting for a Key Customer Engagement Manager (KCEM). This role is field-based and will report directly to the Head of PH Customer Engagement & Access Marketing. The Mid-Atlantic KCEM role will cover major metropolitan markets in GA, SC, NC, KY, MD, VA, TN and southern IN and IL.
The Key Customer Engagement Manager (KCEM) is a critical customer-facing commercial role responsible for the identification and cultivation of relationships with both key and emerging opinion leaders as well as the development of national speaking faculty. The KCEM role is a member of the U.S. PAH marketing team and will coordinate closely with other field-based and home office teams. The KCEM role will be expected to identify regional engagement opportunities, generate insights to shape brand strategy, and partner cross functionally to further brand priorities within an assigned geography.
Develop and maintain relationships with current and future industry experts, including Key and Emerging Opinion Leaders, Advanced Practice Providers (APP), and National Speaker Faculty.
Develop structured internal engagement strategy plans to be leveraged for potential KOL engagements aligned to business plans and brand strategy.
Identify, organize and manage KOL activities and regional events to support the execution of the PAH KOL engagement strategy.
Identify and vet promotional speakers while also ensuring appropriate delivery of content by speaking faculty.
Demonstrate excellence in compliant customer-facing stakeholder collaboration across assigned Local Healthcare teams.
Collect and share key customer insights with the internal cross-functional team to inform development of impactful brand strategy.
Support the execution of fee-for-service activities (i.e., advisory boards) and congress sponsorships, along with tactical marketing initiatives, to enhance professional education and align with brand strategic priorities.
Follow strict adherence to compliance regulations, internal policies, and standards.
B.A./B.S. required; MBA or other related advanced degree is preferred.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $100,000 to $172,500.
The Company maintains a highly competitive annual bonus program. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for participation in this program in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan.
This position is eligible for a company car through the Company’s FLEET program. OR This position is eligible for a car allowance through the Company’s Fleet program.
