Number 26805 Schedule Full Time Shift Primarily M-F with additional hours & weekends as needed Job Details The Recruiter will assist Hiring Managers fill open positions with highly qualified candidates in a timely manner. Job Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Assist in the Recruitment of all Nursing and Clinician Positions for the Hospital and Residential programs. Assist with the continued development of the nursing pool. Attend Open Interview days, Job and Career Fairs, as needed. Assist Candidates with onboarding requirements. Complete initial screening of applications in comparison to the job description and forward viable candidates to the Hiring Manager. Coordinate the Pre-employment Health Screening and ensures candidate schedules their appointment within 72 hours of their offer. Monitors and/or completes background checks, references and all onboarding materials. Notifies the hiring manager of their start date. Notifies the new hire of when to report to Training. Qualifications: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management and/or a related degree. 1 2 years proven experience, preferably in Employment or Human Resources; or 3-5 years KidsPeace experience. Computer knowledge and applications and strong organizational skills required. Independent and critical thinking skills a must.
