Job Description

Under supervision perform routine maintenance and repairs on all physical plant equipment. Able to operate boilers, pumps, HVAC equipment, Knows how to repair a wide range of plumbing and electrical fixtures. Area of responsibility covers large equipment, machines, tools, appliances and apparatus, maintenance services as is deemed necessary and authorized by department supervisor.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 2 years applicable experience in an engineering/maintenance setting
• Current Washington State Driver’s license
• Valid automobile insurance (minimum of liability coverage)

What is preferred...

• Certification in Medical Gas from a KVH-approved certifying organization

Additional Information

Wage: Wage range currently starts at $21.45 /hour and goes up to $32.50/hour. Actual wage will be based on years' of applicable experience.

FTE: 1.0 = 40 hours/week
