Job Description

Under supervision perform routine maintenance and repairs on all physical plant equipment.  Able to operate boilers, pumps, HVAC equipment, Knows how to repair a wide range of plumbing and electrical fixtures.  Area of responsibility covers large equipment, machines, tools, appliances and apparatus, maintenance services as is deemed necessary and authorized by department supervisor.

Qualifications

WHAT IS REQUIRED...

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 2 years applicable experience in an engineering/maintenance setting
• Current Washington State Driver’s license
• Valid automobile insurance (minimum of liability coverage)

Additional Information

WAGE:  Wage range starts at $19.83/hour.  Actual wage will be based on years' of applicable experience. 

FTE:  1.0 = 40 hours/week

SCHEDULE:  Primarily Monday - Friday; 8:00a - 4:30p; after an appropriate orientation will be expected to take "on-call" rotations

UNION:  This is a non-union position
