    Job Description

    The Sales Success Manager, Home Care will be responsible for a comprehensive onboard training program and continued mentorship for the Home Care Acquisition Manager (HCAM) and the Customer Success Manager (CSM) teams. This individual is a skilled facilitator and coach that will focus on rapid onboarding, structured training, and mentorship, providing clear expectations, personalized coaching, and opportunities for success. As part of the Home Care onboarding team, they are responsible for ensuring training content and methods remain up-to-date, relevant, and aligned with APFM values, business needs and selling best practices. This individual may also support training for corporate team members.

    What You Will Do:

    Lead effective and engaging virtual instructor-led training sessions as part of the HCAM/CSM onboarding program and continued mentorship. Including:

    • Effectively delivering all training modules and associated course work included in the HCAM/CSM onboarding program.
    • Observing and providing effective coaching during rehearsals and throughout onboarding.
    • Observing and providing coaching during live sales calls.
    • Communicating with the hiring manager, including keeping them informed in the event of a HCAM/CSM needing additional support during the onboarding process.
    • Monitoring completion of all pre- and post-coursework assignments.
    • Working with L&D on program management.
    • Working with L&D and leadership to ensure learning materials are current, in accordance with selling best practices.
    • Monitoring training effectiveness through surveys and L&D reporting and making adjustments as needed to ensure training outcomes are met.
    • Working with the Instructional Designer and the L&D Team to develop and design new and enhanced course materials.
    • Participating in updating and enhancing programs to ensure training objectives are met and the program remains up-to-date, accurate, compliant, aligned with selling best practices and relevant as APFM business needs evolve.
    • Following the established training schedule to deliver effective and engaging webinars and instructor-led training sessions.
    • Troubleshooting technology and assisting with problem solving.
    • Staying current with APFM policies and procedures and the senior living/senior care/home care industry.
    • Other duties as assigned.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 3-5 years sales training, experience or equivalent.
    • Experience delivering training in a remote environment for new hire sales for groups of 10-12.
    • Develops and delivers training programs to improve the sales skills and knowledge of sales teams.
    • Passion for learning and helping team members realize their full potential while working as a single supportive team.
    • Proactive educator and communicator – skilled in creating and maintaining an environment conducive to learning and development.
    • Critical thinking, problem solving, and collaboration skills.
    • Experienced in conducting virtual training, presentations and/or meetings.
    • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with trainees, explain complex concepts, and facilitate learning.
    • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and good follow-through.
    • Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Google (Drive and Sites) product suites including using technology for training delivery and material creation.

    Additional Information

    Compensation

    • Base Salary - $55,000-$75,000 + 10% Bonus
    • Full benefits for full time employees which includes health, life, dental, vision, 401(k) + company match, paid time off, etc.
