Job Description
The Laboratory Development Coordinator is responsible for designing, implementing and evaluating comprehensive educational programs for clinical laboratory personnel across all laboratory location and sections. Thes role serves as a content expert and resource for staff orientation, competency, continuing education and professional development. The Laboratory Development Coordinator collaborates with laboratory leadership, quality management and clinical stakeholders to ensure that all personnel are proficient in current laboratory practices, regulatory compliance and emerging technologies. This role is primarily responsible for the initial and on-going training for laboratory staff. Additional Information
Wage: Wage range starts at $46.06/hour and goes up to $69.81/hour. Actual wage will be based on years' of applicable experience.
FTE: 1.0 = 40 hours/week
