Determines if new business accounts are to be forwarded to call center or if other means are available for account resolution. Communicates with clients, attorneys, and patients on accounts and performs necessary actions to ensure payment and resolution of these accounts. Models appropriate behavior as exemplified in MLH Mission, Vision and Values. Education/Experience/Licensure Education/Formal Training Work Experience Credential/Licensure REQUIRED: High School diploma or equivalent. Two (2) years of experience in collections and healthcare business office. Key Job Responsibilities * Researches new business accounts and identifies opportunities for account resolution. * Contacts responsible party to resolve account debts. * Performs account maintenance by updating computer system. * Works assigned accounts to resolve outstanding debts.
