    About Us

At The Learning Experience – Dallas Frankford, we’re more than a childcare center — we’re a community of educators committed to inspiring and empowering young minds. We are seeking a caring and dedicated Lead Teacher for our 2‑year‑old classroom, a role that plays a vital part in guiding toddlers through an exciting stage of independence, language development, and hands‑on learning.

    What You’ll Do

Lead the daily operations of a fun, structured, and developmentally appropriate 2‑year‑old classroom.

Deliver age‑appropriate lessons using our proprietary L.E.A.P.® Curriculum designed to support early independence, language growth, and social‑emotional development.

Create a warm, safe, and engaging environment where 2‑year‑olds can explore, learn, and build confidence.

Observe and document developmental milestones, adjusting activities to meet each child’s needs.

Communicate consistently with families to build trust, share progress, and support a strong home‑school partnership.

Collaborate with assistant teachers and center leadership to maintain high‑quality standards.

Ensure the classroom remains clean, organized, and aligned with licensing and safety requirements.
