    Key Relationships

    This position will work closely with Manager, MedTech Digital and Data Service and various Supply Chain stakeholders including but not limited to:

    • All levels of the MT SC Leadership
    • Finance, and Human Resources to achieve strategic goal Developing and implementing operational strategies. This includes setting goals, developing plans, and executing strategies to improve operational efficiency.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate closely with Supply Chain teams to harmonize business strategies and financial objectives seamlessly.
    • Design and enhance actionable dashboards and business performance analyses, equipping partners with insightful recommendations for informed decision-making.
    • Foster excellence in business partnerships by actively engaging in projects that provide essential financial insights, solutions, and comprehensive analyses.
    • Continuously refine sales and commercial expense forecasts for improved accuracy.
    • Ensure all business activities align with J&J Worldwide Financial Procedures and internal control requirements.
    • Develop innovative processes and reports that drive operational efficiency, ensuring alignment and reconciliation between business and financial systems.
    • Offer strategic business partnership to support transformation initiatives and maximize growth and long-term value creation.
    • Manage budgets effectively while forecasting financial requirements, coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet targets.
    • Communicate effectively with senior management to relay insights and drive strategic initiatives.
    • Champion collaboration across various departments to optimize processes and enhance performance for organizational success.
    • Leverage your leadership and strategic planning abilities to align operational activities with the company's objectives.
    • Drive a culture of harmonization, process improvement, and value creation throughout the business.

    Qualifications

    Education:

    • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree or relevant experience is required.
    • Master’s Degree preferred; but not required.

    Experience and Skills:

    Required:

    • Proficiency in analytical and management accounting skills to deliver impactful solutions.
    • Outstanding ability to manage, prioritize, and fulfill multiple requirements optimally.
    • Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and data management to manipulate and analyze data efficiently.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills crucial for teamwork and presentations.
    • Expertise in crafting business processes within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
    • A passion for embedding a culture of harmonization, process improvement, and value creation across the organization.

    Preferred:

    • Strong project management skills that will help you navigate and thrive in complex project environments.

    Other:

    • This position is based in Raritan, NJ, offering a flexible hybrid schedule (3 days in the office, 2 days remote).
    • Travel Requirements: Up to 10%.

    The anticipated base pay range for this position is:

    $91,000- $147, 200

    Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

    The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis. Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance. Employees may be eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)). This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.
