    CEC Patient Care Liaison Medical Cannabis - Orange Park CEC Patient Care Liaison Medical Cannabis - Orange Park Orange Park, Florida, United States · Retail CED · PCLOP122818 Description The Patient Care Liaison (PCL) is responsible for being the face of our Cannabis Education Centers (CEC). Additionally, the PCC will consult with patients and recommend medications as supervised by the CEC Manager. Prior to beginning employment every employee is legally required to submit to a background check conducted by the bureau of criminal identification and investigation (BCI&I) and federal bureau of investigation (FBI) for a criminal records check of the applicant. Job Duties: Greet and check in patients upon arrival Ability to navigate between patient databases Answer phones, questions that patients have and redirect to team where needed Make appointments and confirm patient in state registry Ability to problem solve both individually and with team Know, understand and act in compliance with state regulation Respond to patient call questions and concerns in a patient focused manner Assist in the preparation and dispensing of medications and supplies as assigned Entering information into product inventory database Produce and label product orders Process new and refill product orders in the database quickly and accurately Handle cash/debit payment transactions in a timely manner Respond to patient call questions and concerns in a patient focused manner Assist in inventory control functions Complete necessary reports Ability to follow SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) Ability to communicate effectively and work well with others Work towards meeting department goals around efficiencies, yields, and cost Requirements Required Qualifications: Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience Excellent communication skills Exemplary telephone and computer skills Professional with attention to detail Minimum one year experience of customer or patient service Willing and able to work some Saturdays Benefits 2+ years experience in healthcare Knowledge of basic computer skills, Point of Sale software and cash management Ability to creatively solve problems Starting pay dependent on experience and qualifications.
