    VIVIFY HEALTH , is providing an eHealth solution based entirely upon a cloud platform. The solution delivers an intuitive user experience, using consumer electronics, allowing patients to easily maintain their own health at home while remaining constantly connected with their providers, family and friends. Vivify Health has partnered with the nation's leading network operator to provide their RPM (Remote Patient Monitoring) SaaS platform.

    As a Logistics Customer Service support resource you will be responsible for supporting daily logistics operations, order entry, and managing courier tracking and performance. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues with the warehouse. In-depth knowledge of Warehousing and/or Transportation solutions are crucial, as are positive and definitive leadership qualities.

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Compute reporting metrics, such as on-time delivery rates and order fulfillment rates
    • Manage daily logistics process
    • Extensive experience in troubleshooting and determining solutions
    • Maintain or revise standard operating procedures for logistics processes
    • Optimize flow between upstream vendors, warehouse 3PL providers, third-party transportation carriers, and end customers
    • Maintain constant awareness of service level and queue status to meet contractual requirements
    • Logistics Order/data Entry

  • Qualifications

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
    • 3+ years of experience in the logistics industry or related industry
    • 3+ years of Microsoft Office, relational databases and ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
    • 3+ years of customer service support
    • 1+ years of experience in data mining, analysis, and reporting using Excel
    • 1+ years of supply chain processes (e.g. Inventory planning, warehouse management)

    • Sharp analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude
    • Strong attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills
    • Exceptional verbal, and written, and professional presentation skills
    • Ability to coordinate and communicate with a geographically dispersed team effectively
