    POSITION SUMMARY

    The Project Engineer will be responsible for overseeing engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to technical specifications, schedule, and quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, excellent project management skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.

    POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    Essential Functions

    · Act as primary technical lead to support cross-functional teams in the execution of projects, including planning, design, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases.

    · Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and monitor progress to achieve project milestones and deliverables.

    · Collaborate with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to define project requirements, specifications, and goals, ensuring alignment with project objectives.

    · Conduct thorough risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project risks and ensure safety.

    · Coordinate with design and construction teams to review drawings, specifications, and technical documents, providing guidance and support as needed.

    · Provide technical expertise and guidance to project team members, resolving technical issues and challenges promptly.

    · Prepare and present project status reports, progress updates, and presentations to senior management and stakeholders, communicating effectively to ensure alignment and transparency.

    · Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, codes, and standards throughout the project lifecycle, maintaining a high level of quality and integrity.

    · Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to optimize processes, enhance project efficiency, and drive cost savings.

    · Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors, fostering collaboration and driving successful project outcomes.

    · May be required to follow other job-related instructions and perform additional duties as assigned

    Travel Requirements

    · Potential for up to 25% travel based on customer demand, primarily with the United States

    ESSENTIAL EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

    · Bachelor's degree in Engineering related field, or equivalent experience.

    · 2-5 years of experience in project engineering or related role.

    · Strong technical knowledge and expertise in engineering principles, practices, and methodologies.

    · Proven track record of successfully managing engineering projects from conception to completion, with demonstrated leadership and problem-solving skills.

    · Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop and execute project plans, budgets, and schedules.

    · Effective communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts and ideas to diverse audiences.

    · Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and collaborate effectively in a team environment.

    · Proficiency in project management software and tools.

    This is a home office postion. We will condider candidates from the south reagion: TN, AL, GA , NC, SC.
