    POSITION OVERVIEW

    We are looking for an experienced Sales Coordinator to join our team!

    AS A SALES COORDINATOR, YOU WILL ASSIST OUR SALES EXECUTIVE TEAM BY PROVIDING ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT AND BECOME A SUBJECT EXPERT ON PRODUCTS AVAILABLE TO RESPOND TO CUSTOMER INQUIRIES.__

    The person we are seeking for this position will be instrumental in supporting the sales team and serving our clients during and after the sale.  The general functions include generating reports for an assigned sales rep(s), preparing presentations, forwarding web and other leads to their assigned rep(s) and making introductory contact with customers from web or telephonic inbound leads when their assigned rep(s) is unavailable.  The position is also responsible for processing sales orders/re-orders for accounts for assigned sales rep(s) into the company customer contact system.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    In addition to administrative duties, this position will be responsible and gain knowledge and expertise for all LRS products. This position does not create, develop or manage the technical product, but is the primary LRS contact for support when assigned rep(s) customers need consultation on a new or existing LRS solution.

    Other duties include but are not limited to:

    • Provide administrative support including; screening calls, processing purchase and sales orders, generating reports and presentations, troubleshooting and customer needs assessment, scheduling and maintaining a calendar.

    • Perform routine clerical duties and provide general business support to the sales rep(s) and in support of business initiatives

    • Respond to and resolve routine sales inquiries

    • Maintain confidential company information

    • Participate in daily order approval to help expedite sales orders for the entire sales team

    • Must be able to occasionally attend industry trade shows and have the ability to speak intelligently about the solutions and demonstrate the products

     COMPETENCIES

    • Candidate must be proficient in speaking and writing in English

    • Ability to deliver high standards of customer service                                                                   

    • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Outlook

    • Excellent organizational skills, time management and prioritizing

    • Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy are critical

    • Proven communication skills in written and verbal formats

    • Comfortable speaking to customers and handling their needs over the phone

    • Learn the LRS products and ordering system in order to support sales for assigned sales rep

    • Ability to work at a consistent level with minimal supervision and direction

    • Respond to all client e-mails and phone calls in a timely manner

    • Ability to anticipate the needs of the assigned sales rep(s) and the customer

    KEY QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

    • Associate degree or equivalent work experience in an administrative or support of a sales department or group  

    • 3+ years of work experience in an administrative role, preferably in sales

    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

    • Basic working knowledge of MS Office products including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

    • Experience with using a CRM system (NetSuite preferred)
