    Job Description

    We are currently seeking a RECRUITER to join our team! Under general guidance and supervision of the HR Manager, this positon will strategize,develop, and implement exceptional recruiting processes using a network of resources that includes social media, internet job boards, professional organizations, community events, career fairs, and college relationships/internships.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Partner with department heads, hiring managers,and leaders to understand organizational functions, position requirements, and recruiting needs.
    • Develop modern and innovative recruiting techniques and bring ideas for improvement in processes and attract top talent.
    • Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job boards,screen candidate resumes and job applications.
    • Conduct in-person and phone interviews for positions at all levels and assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills and aptitude.
    • Establish and maintain recruitment metrics by analyzing plans and objectives and tracking success (time to fill, turnover, employee satisfaction, etc.)
    • Develop and update job descriptions and job specification when needed.
    • Keep abreast of current recruiting trends and continued understanding of current legislation in employment law and updates that influence the hiring process.
    • Attend speaking engagements, network to create new business relationships and resources.
    • Performs and contributes to other Human Resources and Marketing functions and any other projects assigned.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, Psychology, or equivalent
    • 2-3 years of proven recruiting experience (either in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruit-er)
    • Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check, etc.)
    • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).
    • Familiarity with Federal and State employment law as it pertains to hiring
    • Skill in exercising a high degree of initiative,judgment, discretion, and decision making to achieve appropriate staffing needs
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to speak in front of groups with strong presentation skills
    • Able to multi-task and manage multiple projects is a must
    • Self-motivated, dependable and can work independently, as well as on a team
    • High level of professionalism, great phone etiquette, organizational skills and detail oriented is required
    • Must maintain a high level of confidentiality
    • Ability to meet strict deadlines and recruiting quotas

    SCHEDULE:

    The hours are MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (FLEXIBLE)

    This position consists of field supervision. Frequent travel in assigned region to client homes, schools, or community-based locations.
