Petal Animal Clinic is seeking an outgoing, highly motivated Love at First Sight (LAFS) team member with exceptional people skills to join our team. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in creating unforgettable first impressions for new pet owners.
What Does a Love at First Sight Team Member Do?
You will help maintain excellence in pet healthcare and customer service by:
Providing accurate information and answering questions about puppies in the center
Accurately completing LAFS patient records
Learning and using Cornerstone veterinary software for invoicing
Collaborating respectfully with veterinary team members to ensure an exceptional client experience
Keeping the Love at First Sight area organized, clean, and welcoming
Educating clients about Petal Animal Clinic services and products according to clinic standards
Provide exceptional care to the puppies in our center

What Skills Do I Need?

A genuine love for people as much as for pets
Willingness to rotate shifts, including weekends and holidays
Availability for daily shifts between 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Ability to follow our rotating schedule: Work Mon–Tue, Off Wed–Thu Work Fri–Sun, Off Mon–Tue Work Wed–Thu, Off Fri–Sun
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and move frequently between sitting and standing
Internet access for schedule and internal communication
Career-minded and interested in long-term growth in veterinary customer service
Preferred but not required: prior veterinary experience
