Responsibilities to include: * The first point of contact for patients and physicians scheduling Outpatient Diagnostic procedures at Main Line Health Hospitals and diagnostic centers. Education: * High School diploma or GED. Qualifications: * Strong knowledge of medical terminology and working knowledge of ICD-9 codes required. Knowledge of managed care guidelines required. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. Experience:

• 2-3 years of patient registration, appointment scheduling, unit clerk or financial counseling experience required. * Superior customer service skills required with demonstrated experience in a customer oriented environment. * Strong organizational skills, detail oriented and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. * Strong problem solving skills and problem resolution skills required. Demonstrated computer knowledge with experience scheduling or registration applications, use of multiple databases, as well as working knowledge of the internet, word, excel and email.
