Job Description

• Receives and follows maintenance schedule/instructions from supervisor and as outlined in established maintenance policies and procedures.
• Performs general maintenance tasks.
• Performs minor repairs, alterations or additions in accordance with daily work assignments or as directed by supervisors.
• Completes minor carpentry repairs. Discard waste/trash into proper containers and reline trash receptacle with plastic liner.
• snow removal

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• 1+ year(s) related experience; specialized training or certification accepted in lieu of experience( prefered)
• Valid driver's license
